PlanWealth.ph (“we,” “us,” or “the Site”) is a website operated in the Philippines that provides free, browser-based financial planning tools and educational content. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Not Financial Advice

This is the most important section of these terms.

The tools, calculators, quizzes, simulators, and written content on PlanWealth.ph are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice.

PlanWealth.ph is not a registered financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, or dealer in the Philippines or any other jurisdiction. We are not licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), or the Insurance Commission (IC).

The results generated by our tools are estimates based on the inputs you provide and general assumptions. They should not be used as the sole basis for any financial decision. Before making financial decisions, consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or other qualified professional who understands your specific situation.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our tools produce accurate calculations, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results. Financial projections involve assumptions about inflation, investment returns, life expectancy, healthcare costs, and other variables that are inherently uncertain.

Default values used in our tools (e.g., inflation rates, average returns, healthcare cost estimates) are based on historical averages and publicly available data. They may not reflect current or future conditions.

4. How the Tools Work

All tools on PlanWealth.ph run entirely in your browser. The financial data you enter is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers or stored in any database. When you close your browser or clear your data, the information is gone.

Some tools may use your browser's localStorage to save progress temporarily (e.g., quiz answers). This data remains on your device and is not accessible to us.

5. Waitlist

If you join our waitlist, you agree to receive emails about the upcoming PlanWealth platform, including launch updates, early access information, and product news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, tool designs, graphics, code, and the PlanWealth brand — is owned by PlanWealth PH or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws. You may use the tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our written permission.

PDF reports and share cards generated by our tools are yours to keep and share freely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, PlanWealth PH and its owners, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any results produced by our tools.

This includes, without limitation, damages from financial decisions made based on tool outputs, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the site for commercial purposes.
• Present tool results as professional financial advice to third parties.

12. PlanWealth PH Platform (App)

These terms cover the PlanWealth.ph marketing site and its free tools only. The PlanWealth PH financial planning platform (app) is a separate product with its own Terms of Service. If you create an account on the PlanWealth PH app, the app's terms apply to your use of that product.
